FUJITSU AND COMPLIONS-GRC ENTER INTO A COOPERATION AGREEMENT IN THE FIELD OF PRIVACY AND SECURITY SERVICES
CompLions-GRC, the leading Dutch software company in the field of Governance, Risk, Compliance, Privacy and Certification tooling, enters into a cooperation agreement with Fujitsu, the large Japanese information and communication technology (ICT) company. Fujitsu is expanding its privacy and security offering for the Dutch market with GRCcontrol, the tool for the good and efficient management of ISMS, AVG and certification issues. With this, CompLions-GRC is adding a major new partner to its partner channel.
ISMS FOR MANAGED SERVICE CONTRACTS
Frans Broekhof, CEO of CompLions-GRC:“With GRCcontrol, CompLions-GRC provides a complete GRC-Tool for efficiently controlling the processes necessary to comply with the recent AVG/GDPR privacy legislation, among other things. The software also offers the possibility to set up all information security tasks within an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and to record them in a digital file. It is a SaaS solution that can be perfectly integrated with other services. Fujitsu has a Managed Service customer base that perfectly matches our services. The CompLions-GRC, GRC tooling is particularly suitable for organizations where Governance, Risk, Compliance and Security are taken seriously in combination with efficiency and quality improvement”.
Rudolph Bos, Head of Enterprise and Cyber Security at Fujitsu: “The increasing legislation and regulations in the field of security, privacy, and IT control are increasing the need for highly automated processes. The use of spreadsheets is no longer sufficient. We want to provide our clients who have outsourced this work to us with the best possible support with pragmatic tools so that they actually come and stay in control in all areas”.: Increasing legislation and regulations in the field of security, privacy and IT control increase the need for tightly automated processes. The use of spreadsheets is no longer sufficient. We want to optimally support our clients who have outsourced this work to us with pragmatic tools so that they actually get and stay in control in all areas”.
70% of the requirements at GDPR, ISMS, ISO/NEN, SLAs and REGULATORS overlap. This overlap is directly taken into account by the smart application of GRCcontrol. “We have done an extensive market survey before we strategically opted for CompLions-GRC”. There are many so-called “point solutions” but none is a solution where on average 70% of costs can be saved by eliminating duplicate work. “This benefits our customers”, says Rudolph Bos of Fujitsu.
In contracts where Fujitsu, in addition to managing the generic ICT facilities, also has (customer-specific) responsibilities with regard to certain standards frameworks and the AVG, Fujitsu chooses to use the GRC tooling of CompLions-GRCin.
Rudolph Bos, Fujitsu Head of Enterprise and CyberSecurity and Frans Broekhof, CEO CompLions-GRC ratify the agreement.
