Auditing
Audits in management systems are like a health check-up for your organization — they help ensure everything is running as it should and highlight where improvements are needed.
- Ensuring compliance
- Identifying risks and inefficiencies
- Driving continuous improvement
- Building trust and credibility
- Preparing for certifications
- Supporting strategic decisions
There are different types of audits — internal audits for self-assessment, second-party audits for evaluating suppliers, and third-party audits for certifications or regulatory compliance. As partners of the certification industry, we cover all types and bring the full range of our experience to your project.
Internal audits are like your organization’s internal compass — they help you stay on course and avoid hidden pitfalls.
Second-party audits are all about evaluating your suppliers or contractors to ensure they meet your expectations and contractual obligations.
Third-party audits are like having an impartial referee step in to verify that your organization is playing by the rules — and doing it well. Conducted by independent bodies, relevant if you want to achieve a certification.
Individual audits are all about self-reflection and growth, whether for a person or a specific role within an organization. We consider your highly individual needs.
